Josette Di Bartoloméo, an 18-year-old worker at Thomson C.S.F., died four days after giving birth to twin girls. Through the accounts of those who knew her, the film examines the circumstances surrounding her death and life in Grenoble's Mistral neighborhood, where her tragedy is understood not as an isolated event, but as the product of broader social conditions.
